searching of winning court cases

I am suffering from heavy metals poisoning and toxic encephalopathy as

a result of (AMA) SickBuilding. I was fired in retaliation for filing a

complaint to OSHA who declined to do an investigation in October 2003.

Because, I am up against deep pockets and conspiracy in this state,

there are no attorneys willing to take my case due to the complexed

issues and who is who. However, I am forced to handle my cases with

civil and Worker's Comp Pro se, since 2005. Unfortunatley, my health

is failing more everyday because my chances for detox has deminished. I

am also concerned that the contaminated building is the cause of many

patient deaths between 2004 to date. The physicians who are practicing

in the said building as well as their employees who chose to wear

golden handcuffs are ignoring the dangers to the public's safty. Thus

far, I am hoping to find similar cases to help me with mine.

Are there any cases outhere???

Look in the state of Alaska, I know someone who got the same thing from painting

with toxic paints on State ferrys. I don't know if they sued but I do know the

employess on the State owned ferry do things differently now becuase of him .

I'll e-mail them and see what they have legally.

I don't know if this helps, but you should be commended doing all that hard work

with a brain injury.

There are so many similar cases here, but I don't know of any who have

resolved them appropriately. I pray that you find someone to help you.
