Guest guest Posted December 26, 2007 Report Share Posted December 26, 2007 I wanted to let you know that I have a Cushing's like syndrome from mold exposure and eventually I became adrenal insufficient. I believe my hypothalamus is not functioning properly. Since I am in the recovery mode the buffalo hump and swelling around my neck has gone down. I am totally off the steroids for the Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency but last week I could tell that I was again adrenal insufficient. I believe it was from short term exposure to mold in my neighbor's barn. I'm feeding the horses this week and wonder if I'm going to get real sick.
