PREACTIVATION IMPAIRS MHC

I recall that chronic exposure uses up mature dentric cells and

immature dc's dont detect antigens. so this is interesting and I

wonder if it might have something to do with why some may have toxic

mold detection at certain times on allergy tests while others may

not. maybe depending only on if your dentric cells have had a chance

to get mature or not? I dont know, just wondering. I'm just thinking

that if you have allergy testing at a point where your dc's are

immature they wont detect antigens.

and based on the fact that I believe that allergy testing detects

alot more than allergies.
