Guest guest Posted December 26, 2007 Report Share Posted December 26, 2007 PREACTIVATION IMPAIRS MHC I recall that chronic exposure uses up mature dentric cells and immature dc's dont detect antigens. so this is interesting and I wonder if it might have something to do with why some may have toxic mold detection at certain times on allergy tests while others may not. maybe depending only on if your dentric cells have had a chance to get mature or not? I dont know, just wondering.
