yep, that would put them in the nasty landlird group and they would be

risking getting sued theirselfs. not a smart idea. I've had all kinds

of calls of people wanting to rent or buy my homes. most say " oh, mold

doesn't bother me " . they dont have a clue. the forst thing these people

need to do is get out and take no belongings, and make a complaint to

their insurance co. and probably looh for a good lawyer.
