He is the frontrunner in the Republican party. The nation needs to know that

Romney's answer is punitive in nature. Would he fine everyone in the country

the same way if elected?

Too bad. It is such a simple idea. Just allow those who don't have

healthcare to purchase care directly from the hospitals or doctors

at the same rate insurance companies get.

That would be a good start.
