I had one done July of 07 and am still recovering from it. I also don't remember much about the operation except for what my family tells me. My eyesight was also affected. I still see 3 moons when I look outside. I can't drive after dark and I can't read small letters anymore. I am not young but I am not old either. I am 66 and expect to live another 20 to 30 yrs. I plan on attending the Gathering this year and look forward to meeting you. I hope I haven't upset you in any way, I just thought I should let you know that your Father in Law may be having problems with his eyesight.
