Guest guest
I think that when it comes out that a company has intentionally falsified data in order to get a drug approved, they should be required to return all of the money which they have charged for that drug, and if they declare bankruptcy, the officers of that company should be prosecuted and held personally liable to the cheated customers. Thats in addition to any civil liabilty for health damage. (and the penalties should be taken after the civil cases have been settled, so as not to leave the victims of any damage caused by the drug with nothing.) Guest guest
I agree but it's likely not to happen. We all need to stay involved and I believe campaign finance reform is where we need to start. When I became Adrenal Insufficient I collapsed after taking one Lexapro. I later learned that I was close to adrenal crisis. I was prescribed Lexapro because hey it was all in my head. It was in my head alright (the hypothalamus) but not for the reason they were saying.
