Guest guest
Haley, I agree with you, most are not actively taking part in the deceit. Many do not understand and are simply parroting what they are told. But....there ARE MANY WHO DO UNDERSTAND and have chosen to not get involved and remain silent while the lives of many are being devastated. To me, this last group is more at fault than those who have written and systematically promoted this false concept. At least they are honest whores not trying to hide from who they are. This situation would never be occurring were it not for those who have been willing to turn a blind eye while claiming they have done nothing wrong and it's not their problem. To me, this last group is synonymous with someone who witnesses a gang rape, chooses not to get involved and still sleeps at night because they simply view themselves as one who was not the perpetrator. Evil flourishes when good men stand by and do nothing. And there are many good men standing by and doing nothing to remove the KNOWN deceit from the mold issue. Sharon K. Guest guest
I agree that there are many good Drs. and I also believe that they fully understand but don't want to get involved. They may have to stick their neck out a little, fill out more forms, write a few extra letters or God forbid be called into court! They don't want to do any more than they have to and that certainly is criminal! I worked for Drs. yrs. ago and many of the new ones wanted the big houses and cars right away. Gone are the days that most are in the medical field for the true purpose of healing. The research and facts are out there and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. To present the symptoms, that many of us have to a Dr., and then be told it must be a virus or stress is just a cop out. Take a few pills and go home and rest! There are not enough good physicians. like Dr. Shoemaker & others who take the time to really listen and help those of us who are sick. S To me, this last group is synonymous with someone who witnesses a gang rape, chooses not to get involved and still sleeps at night because they simply view themselves as one who was not the perpetrator. Guest guest
I do not disagree at all. I am, of course, reminded of the poem about the Holocaust about not speaking up when they came for everyone else and then no one was left to object 'when they came for me.' I believe the tide will turn. I have hope that we can convert those who are ignorant - even those willfully so. I believe those who have participated as sheep can and will be redeemed. But that's based on faith and not on what we've seen so far... Mostly, I am grateful for everyone's participation on this list, *especially you,* Sharon. It's what fuels my hope and allows me to keep moving forward with what little I can do. ~Haley snk1955@... wrote: Haley, I agree with you, most are not actively taking part in the deceit. Guest guest
This is a serious problem when we let them get away with it. What could we do to empower ourselves to change this situation? Its happened to me too, several times. And then they send you their bill. You have to pay, but they have basically stolen your money. People (doctors) who should know better. We get caught in the middle of this war, basically. If we don't figure out a way to change this, nobody else will do it for us. Maybe there are some other communities that have figured out how to move beyond this situation. At the very least, we should all swear to not return to doctors that blow our concerns off in a rude manner, Conversely, we could perhaps? figure out a way to help doctors who DO help us get better. Guest guest
You have to beat them at their own game. The pharmaceutical industry spends billions in double blind peer reviewed studies that scrutinize the efficacy of any particular drug. Ordinarily this would be the fist tact or approach in understanding a phenomenon like mold reactivity. A double blind peer reviewed study to substantiate weather the said phenomenon even exists. In the grand scale of things the cost to do this would be mere chump change! Especially when you weigh the magnitude of the benefits understanding this illness would have on EVERYONE in society. In this case it's backwards in that the methods they are using of dismissing a PARTICULAR cause before they have even substantiated the phenomenon exists. This is not the way science is conducted when the objective is to get to the TRUTH. This fact should be pointed out to journalist's and politicians, and even people in the field of medicine. Our Dr's, the CDC, or any other govmt agency that deals with issues such as these. What we should be pushing for is a study that tries to establish weather the phenomenon of mold reactivity even exists. After this is established they can no longer sluff us off because they won't any longer be able to plead ignorance as to weather this illness is real or not. From here we have our foot in the door and the government will have no choice but to spend a reasonable amount of money to get to the root of the cause, how to diagnose, how to prevent, how to treat, how to ADDRESS, etc. etc.etc But first we need to clamor for a double blind peer reviewed study that simply establishes weather mold reactivity is physiological or psychological.
