Hi all, Haven't been here in quite a while, so just dropped by to say

hello. Since I've last been on, I got my house report, some 60 pgs

long w/ pictures, totaled my van & got separated. Needless to say, I

haven't been writing or reading lately. Hopefully, when I get to a

better place emotionally, I'll be able to contribute again. Hope you

all are well
