Help with weaning off miralax for my 11 months old

Hello, everyone

My name is lucy and I am new here. I would like to get some help from you to

wean my daugher off miralax. She is 11 months old and was put on miralax by her

pediatrician at 6 months. Her daily dosage is 1.5tsp. I tried several times to

reduce the dosage and she became constipated the next day. Does anyone here have

any success weaning their baby off miralax at this age? Also, I read some files

here and would like to know if magnesium citrate safe to give to 11 months old

and what the dosage should be. Any other advices are very welcomed.

I am so glad I found this group. I have been so alone fighting my daughter's

constipation since she was one month old. Doctors are not very helpful and not

sympathetic at all. I feel so desperate that I couldn't help my daughter.
