Hi Lorraine-

Thank you for the help. Please say thanks to your sons for sending along

words of wisdom.

It seems there are some systems that pick up these alien characters and some

that don't. That is what has be baffled. I use Juno as my ISP and have

downloaded IncrediMail and our email is downloaded from Juno to IncrediMail.

(are we all confused yet?) I reply to all posts from IncrediMail. On the

IncrediMail page at the top, in line, is: SEND, SAVE, ATTACHMENT, INSERT

PICTURE, RECORDER, SIGNATURE. The signature has a down arrow and that

brings up New Signature, Manage Signature and 1My Signature (1) LBD

(default) as that is where my signature line is I set up to click on when I

sign emails to the group. At my end there are no extra characters. I haven

t included any spaces or anything showing before the Des Moines area. I

know when I send replies to the group I also receive them back as I am also

part of the caregivers email group. When I get them back there are no extra

characters. Only when I receive a reply from some people, with my reply

attached at the bottom do I see these alien characters.

This may be getting a bit more confusing. I shall try again to reset/change

the signature and start all over again.

I really do appreciate you checking into this. It has me at a loss.

Sending along hugs, and possibly alien characters-
