Guest guest
Sometimes it takes people years to get diagnosed with mold illness even when its clear as a bell what is happening. And years to get treatments they need, thats for sure. I am sure that is what he meant. Because people will often go to many many doctors and be met with hostility or rejection. I would guess its caused by this disinformation and even intimidation going on of them. But symptoms, no way. Even if they don't listen, keep telling them. Get another doctor. Keep looking until you find one you can work with. It may take a year or two, but sooomer or later you will find one. Watch what they write down and make sure to get copies of their records. Often people go to doctor after doctor telling them what is happening to them and the medical notes the doctors take make no mention of it. They often just write down what they want to write down. Some arrogant doctors are often terrible listeners. BUT, don't expect them to forget to bill you even though they forgot to listen to you. No way. Gotta pay the mortgage on that second home in Aspen... Good doctors make it a pleasure to see them. The visits are brief flashes of sanity in a world of misunderstanding.. Then you know you have a keeper..
Guest guest
Sometimes someone is healthy or they have another condition that obscures the new damage from mold.. There are a lot of things that can happen. I don't think it is ever the first thing people look at.. they look at everything else first.. but none of them pan out.. then eventually, it hits them in the face and you can't escape it. Guest guest
thanks live, but I was talking about lawyers takeing these cases, even some claiming their experts on these types of cases, but really not knowing enough about toxic mold exposure to even properly advice their clients. it is their job to know everything about the injury and the proper doctors you should see. and in the case of brain injury where theres obvious signs and symptoms and the client is obviously suffering it's their lawyers job to know the steps that need to be taken. --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > Sometimes it takes people years to get diagnosed with mold illness > even when its clear as a bell what is happening. > > And years to get treatments they need, thats for sure. > > I am sure that is what he meant. Guest guest
you know, sometimes aren't the way it it is made to look at all. on second thought the FICTIONAL example I gave of someone not severely injuried (maybe not even enough to have any lasting affects)wouldn't quite be right as they would still of the mind to function well enough to get on the web and learn, even find this group and learn of cross contamination and advoidance theirselfs like many people do. and alot of things could happen in 6 years of liveing in a RV, traveling around. for one lets say they had 3 dogs with them, zoonoses could become a big factor, like body sores, viruses, bacterias, ringwirm and funguses. traveling around, camping around rivers, nasty camp grounds, lack of clean water ect. I would be highly suspect on a toxic mold case filed 6 years after the exposure in a supposedly moldy home, exspecially when these people fell some kind of need to hide where they are, and make statements like " the less pwople know about us,the better " . and I have to wonder why a lawyer that claims to be a expert on toxic mold cases would be fileing such a case 6 years later and saying things like " it takes years for symptoms to appear " ? that's just plain wrong.. we all know that some people would do anything for money, even spy on real mold victims and to try to fake toxic mold illness. real mold victims need to be on guard for people that ask to many questions about their mold cases, where they live, their full names, ect. there is no reason at all for questions like this to be asked. NONE. I hate knowing that theres people out there that try to take advantage of someone elses misery for their own gain, but there is. and gee, if a lawyer wanted to become a expert on these cases seems like this would be the best place to learn. > > > > a lawyer saying that some times it's takes years for symptoms to > > develope from mold exposure. gee, if we didn't have symptoms how > would > > we ever realize something in the building was makeing us sick? some > one > > should inform him that the damage is done while exposed and if he > gets > > his clients proper medical help quickly that it can greatly cut > down on > > them haveing further damage and in mild cases maybe stop them from > > haveing any damage at all. seems to me that this guy needs some > > education. a excuse for takeing years to do a case? example: if it > > takes him 6 years to do a case and his clients are liveing in a rv > that > > they cross contaminated because their lawyer didn't know enough to > > advoce them otherwise and doesn't know enough to get them to a > medical > > expert, than really, wouldn't that lawyer have responceability for > them > > getting worse? exspecially if it was obvious that they had suffered > > very bad exposure and already had major damage? and really even if > it > > wasn't severe exposure but he failed to give them proper advice and > it > > lead to them getting sicker. it's really a shame if they take a > case > > like this and dont know what their doing and gee some have > that " I'm a > > toxic mold expert " attitude when they really dont have a clue and > never > > try to learn. luckily there are a few out there that aint got their > > heads somewhere else. > > >
