Direct TV Wiring

Just got Direct TV installed yesterday. The formaldehyde smell made

me very sick. Tried covering it; but it didn't work. Unplugged all

the wires myself and cut off the wire from outside into the house.

Placed the entire unit in the garage to be picked up.

DTv will not come back and pick up the equipment or fix the mess they

made. And they do deny there is any formaldehyde smell.

My nose and lungs know the terribly acrid smell that both my husband

and myself couldn't tolerate.

Do you mean the new plastic in their cable box gave off fumes when it got hot?
