Guest guest
I'm trying to sell my Mom's house and the market is DEAD. The house is in NJ but, only 5 minutes from Milford, PA It is in a beautiful location across from the Delaware River and the National Park. (It is NOT an area that floods as it is high above the river.) If you know anyone (or anyone who might know anyone) 55 and older who would be interested, please share this link with them. It is really a lovely house. We would have happily moved in with her but, we have a minor child and so could not move into the community. The " association " takes care of snow removal, trash removal, and mowing the lawn. http://4minisinkdrive.com/ Thank you!!!! Guest guest
Hi Gladys, The market is DEAD here too, but we sold our house 1 week ago. It's not as dead as you think if there are bargains to be had. drop the price a healthy amount, and see if you get lookers. We dropped the price twice, healthy amounts both times, and had 2 competing offers. (I know not everyone can do this, but I hope this helps you! Remember, the true " value " is what someone else will pay; NOT what the market " estimates " , " appraises " or Quicken calls " unrealized gains " , these are phony-baloney made up numbers in truth, that don't put real greenbacks in your pocket! Real greenbacks in your pocket determine a real value, and the " discount " retailers prove that all of America loves a bargain!) Hoping this helps!
