Carl: Smart Vent and Aprilaire

Carl, this reminds me of the Smart Vent you posted info about a year

ago or so. It is by Aprilaire and ties into your home heating and air

system and only ventilate under certain circumstances. I don't know

how much control the homeowner would have though as it says it will not

ventilate if it would raise humidity above 55% whereas I try to keep

humidity max of 45%, but anyway, sounds like there is some good

equipment coming out.

Jeff, what do you think about the Aprilaire ventilator?
