How much mold is not too serious? The CDC has not set a standard for

the acceptable amount of mold that will not cause health issues.

I am not aware that a wet and moldy building can be cleaned up via air

filters.

Exactly how does this work, when the roof is STILL LEAKING. The mold

isn't going to magically disappear because the HVAC is running.
