Hi Everyone

Sorry I do not have time to write back individually to

you each. I am just so strapped for time right now. I

am going to try to answer all you questions and

concerns in this one email. First thanks for

the Craig's List. I will check it all out hopefully

tomorrow. I am taking my other Aunt to her first

Oncology Appt. She just found out she has Lymphoma.

Second, I was not given a report about my mom, but

will ask for one. I took pictures and if looks

superficial. But it is right on the chin and we all

know that you don't have much skin there. It happened

while two new CNA's were transferring her from her bed

to shower chair. Third, thanks to Jan and Courage for

the pole and pads idea for my Aunt, but she is so

stubborn I am not sure she will go for it. I really

feel like she is starting to give it up. She told me

at lunch on Monday that she would like a white casket.

Just out of the blue. I felt like I had been slapped.

Very sad. She is just so frail and weak. For example

it took 1 1/2 hours to get her ready and into bed last

night. And she wears her clothes to bed. That was just

changing her diaper, going to the bathroom, brushing

her teeth and taking her medication. I move very fast

most of the time and I think this is going to drive me

insane! I am calm on the outside and full of turmoil

on the inside. Sandie, would love to ship a puppy to

Iowa. It is done all the time. They are expensive

though. $1,200 plus shipping. We are sending one to

Utah and one to Colorado already. Thanks to you all

from your suggestions. I am doing all I can humanly

possible at this point. I will really need my vacation

to Tahiti when this is over.
