Question about mold exposure in relation to a lease.......

Have any of you been involved in litigation due to your exposure to

mold? I found a large infestation of it in my previous apartment. The

landlord spray painted over it and I moved out. I figured he wasn't

planning on addressing it properly so why mess around.He is now suing

me for the balance of the lease. Has anyone else here had an

experience like this? Thanks in advance.
