Guest guest Posted February 27, 1999 Report Share Posted February 27, 1999 I guess I should have told you the good!!! My head feels great!!!! It is the best it has ever felt in twelve years!!!! Most of my other symptoms are gone too!!! Realy I am very, very happy that I did the surgery!!!! I would suggest it for anyone who was in my situation. It wasn't easy,,,but what surgery is? I just want to understand a little better about my legs, if possible, and I know all of you, with your infinite wisdom, may be able to help me. When I lay down, my legs are hot and they tingle alot. When I walk, even the bottom of my feet hurt, not just my legs and back. My back....the pain is worst. I am just not totally understanding about the syrinx thng, because they just did the full view MRI a week before surgery, so i didn't know it was even there. The Chiari, I understand, as much as any of us can, I guess, but the syrinx....I know that maybe the surgery will relieve it...so right now....I walk alot and keep the muscles moving...or I don't beause it hurts? I am just confused and I dodn't want to do the wrong thing...any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am sorry that I went on so long and whined....but you guys know....how it is....
