Guest guest
I am type II non-insulin dependant, I take oral meds glucotrolxl, glucophage and tricor for it. I need a simple diet and I can customize it with my dietician on monday when I see her at my diabetes specialist's office. I am so happy with him because he accepts my medicaid and is such a nice guy. I had to switch doctors because the other one yelled at me for not losing weight and discontinued treating me. Again your diet given below is too generic, give me a day by day shot of WHAT TO EAT like breakfast I have one slice of whole wheat toast and a mellon or something please... the mechanics are too much for me to easily remember, keep it simple please.
