Sorry Sara Jane, I've got 1600 member's stories in my head, can't possibly keep them all straight.thanks for your response, what benefits do you see with the fish oil? To: miralax Sent: Mon, April 16, 2012 7:17:58 AMSubject: Re: New to group &

knee pain

I'm not new, I've posted before. Joined group in January. I was just replying to someone else's post who is new here and mentioned joint pain which made the light go off for me. I must not have hit "reply with history"!

For the fish oil we just take it straight from the teaspoon. Its so good my (also picky) daughter begs for more every day! I know lots of people locally who love it. Its not oily like Carlson fish oil, its more like a creamy smoothie. A Barleans rep said you can even keep it in the freezer for an icy treat.

No problem! I've always given fish oil to my kids for the omega 3s since we

don't eat fish. It's good for their brain, may help w/dry skin and lessoning

symptoms of autism. And my kids are very petite (bottom of growth chart) so I

figure they could use the fat & calories! Also good for immune system during

cold & flu season. I've heard really good things about the taste & benefits of

Green Pastures cod liver oil as well, but we haven't tried it since it contains

milk (which we are trying to avoid).
