Kiwi fruit work wonders for my daughter, along with mango, blueberries, squash, prunes & raisens. We also went completely milk/dairy-free. Although once in a while we had to give a square of ex-lax (senna) if she went too long, or do a suppository, but those were very traumatic. We are still having problems with her fully emptying. I think there is a big emotional component for her too. When she is going through stressful times her pooping is not good. So I'm trying hard to keep her "love tank" full, so to speak, too. Hope that helps!Sara
