I truly hope the Dr's can find some type of pain relief that you can adjust too. I started using the work after splitting up from my boyfriend of 7 years, I think it may have saved my sanity. I enjoy using the work to question my attachment to my thinking. I also work with the works of Eckheart tolle and thich nhat hahn.
