Our group, Empire State Consumer Project is a leader in toy safety advocacy and we have worked with the Consumer Product Safety Commission on setting standards for magnets in toys and are working on this one too. Carol

I saw her try to put something in her mouth, but came in late and didn't know it was the balls!! I would not have these in my house if I had small children. Teens are putting them in their noses and mouths to mimic piercings and inhaling them accidentally, so need to be aware of big kids too! Carol
