You are correct I have been thinking about that in the past couple of days. Please, don't. You have nothing to be concerned about!! When I said there are things we can do to improve our memories - I hope that didn't come out like I was saying, " Oh, come on, just put a bandaid on it. It'll be all right. " No, you are absolutely correct. If I may add, in a study of some retired nuns, they were amazed at one who remained spry and active till the day she died.... they found her brain was riddled with Alzheimer's and others that had the symptoms had the same presentation. The only noteable differences where that some of the other nuns in the study had suffered a stroke and that this one particular nun had strived to learn and remember everyone and everything she could..... seems to me that there is a lot to be said for a positive attitude and IQ when dealing with a chronic and debilitating condition!!!! Someone asked me about the muscle cramps I've been having and her friend said, " Oh, just take vitamin E and that will take care of it. " It made me want to punch her, then tell her vitamin E would fix it. Seems to me that here is a case of ignorance not being so bliss... So, if I sounded to you guys like she did to me - please feel free to cyber slap me. All I was trying to do was encourage and compliment one heck of an endearing bunch of chronic wits.
