Guest guest
What you should do is have an adrenal saliva test done. Not being able to tolerate that small amount of T3 is almost always low cortisol, and the symptms could easily have been from it not being adjusted correctly. You can order your pown testing form www.canaryclub.org -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

I was at .30 on a .20-1.80 scale. I am currently on 1.25 mg of Cortisol with breakfast and lunch. Do I still need to get a saliva test? I read there is better recovery of the adrenal glands when taking adrenal cell extract. I mentioned this to the doctor who said to get a adrenal cell extract at the health food store and make sure it has Bovine or Porcine. Also, I am taking magnesium 400 mg about lunch time and 400-600mg at bedtime. I am having bad diarrhea with this. Do you have any recommendations for this? What other supplements and doses do you recommend? Thanks

I was taking pronegalone 100/DHE 25. I felt out of it, but when it wore off later in the evening I felt calm and happy. I think it was just too high of a starting dose. Also, I had a hard time tolerating vitamins with kelp. Felt great for a week and then I couldn't breathe. Also, unable to take adrenal support with lots of herbs, began to feel sad. What dose do most people do well on? Also, I read that if you get on too high a dose the adrenals could shut down. How long does it take to be on the adrenals for the thyroid meds to start working? What is a good starting dose for magnesium? Is there anything else I should be taking for supplements? I appreciate your help..
