Did U get married on 'Akshaya Triteeya' day!!

Many-2 happy returns to this wonderful couple!!

I wonder if U remember I have had a lunch at ur place, sometime in '92 Or '93

and fondly remember U and Mrs. Shah. ur son was so small that U had brought a

Thank you everyone for your deepest condolences.

Yes, I have survived 30 years of marriage! When my son asked me what I was

giving my wife on our Pearl anniversary, I replied: Pearls of wisdom!

Yes DDM, I remember your visit in detail even today. Swati had made Haapus

(Alphonso) Aam ras, and you had remarked that at your place you do not waste

such good mangoes for Aam ras. Since then my wife always insists on cutting

and slicing these mangoes. No Aam ras for me, even on our wedding

anniversary. (DDM you are to blame!) BTW you are right. It was Akshay

Tritiya when we were married.

Dear Dr KS

Women r queer!!

They scream on seeing a cockroach and jump into the arms of a WOLF!! Frau Swati

has misunderstood what I wanted to convey!! Actually the reference was that we

do not get haapus very commonly in North India. Here our most preferred ones are

Bellampalli(aka Begun-falli) Neelam and Dusshehri; Paayari has become available

recently.

Sorry for unknowingly taking away ur gustatory pleasures!! If I had known this I

wud have said, " We enjoy haapus aam-rus even for break-fast and evening

tea, apart from regular lunch and dinner!!! "

There is a saying in North India: " If U get married on Akshaya Triteeya U will

get the same spouse for next 7 lives(rebirths)!! So no more 'happy' hunting!!
