Different doc/different study this time!

Abdominal & pelvic CT - This doc *always* dictates " nephroureterolithiasis "

(1 word; all together just as fast as he can).

I'm able to document:

nephroureteral lithiasis

nephrolithiasis

ureterolithiasis

but not, specifically, nephroureterolithiasis. My feeling is that this is

acceptable and would welcome confirmation that this, indeed, is OK. I have

previously transcribed this for him as one word and it has never been

corrected or brought to my attention as being " wrong " but I thought I'd go to

the authorities here and get *your* advice (for future reference).

Thank you,

Shel
