asp.f./aspergilliosis,IgE, infection,ABPA,diagnoses criteria

1999-aspergillus fumigatus, responceable for 90 percent of infections.

aspergilliosis-green and some white conidia.ABPA-manifests as a

bronchial asthma with transient pulmonary infiltrates thay may proceed

to proximal bronchiectasis and lung fibrosis. criteria classically

listed for diagnoses are:asthma,immedate shin reactivity to asp.f.,

within 1.5 to 5 minutes precipitating IgG,IgM amd IgE to asp.f.

elevated levels of IgE,ect.(read it) all criteria are rarely fulfilled

for rach person with ABPA
