Heartwarming and inspiring !

Awestruck by the respect he got by the country he was waging the freedom

struggle against !

It is mind boggling, come to think of his conviction and confidence in the might

of nonviolence.

His humility of course was one of his greatest virtues.

He truly was a modern day saint and one of the greatest intellectuals known to

mankind.

I strongly recommend reading the initial chapters of his autobiography to see

how he stumbled time and again in his boyhood and youth only to evolve in the

process to become such an

extraordinary human being !

Proud to be from the country to which he belonged :-)
