Guest guest
The stachybotrys toxic mold i was exposed to caused my brain to swell. Its called toxic encephalitis. Also caused me to lose the abilitiy to complete a sentence during speech. It damaged my neurologic system to a point where when i was living in the sick building i urinated in bed during my sleep which is a direct result of autonomous nervous system damage. Yeah i know its embarrising for you to read this but imagine how i felt. So this is just a short tiny list of some other body parts that are damaged by stachy. It is a biological toxin so it will effect your whole body eventually. tcuddy1 <tcuddy1@...> wrote: HI With regard to a workmans comp case...first thing they do is say it can cause damage to your lungs and then they think that is it...but it affects other parts of the body...does anyone out there know what other parts of body to file claim for workmans comp such as immune system? etc.. I know I am a mess but they only seem to think it affects the lungs.. TMC

Guest guest
so how does an attorney for wc go about proving all this...he must have to make a claim for each part of the body or funciton of the body? > > > > > > HI > > > > > > With regard to a workmans comp case...first thing they do is say > it > > > can cause damage to your lungs and then they think that is > it...but it > > > affects other parts of the body...does anyone out there know what > > > other parts of body to file claim for workmans comp such as > immune > > > system? etc.. > > > > > > I know I am a mess but they only seem to think it affects the > lungs.. > > > > > > TMC > > > > It affects the sinuses; it give you Oral Thrush; > > > > > >
Guest guest
thank you this is helpful is there literature about the mold causing toxic encephalitis--- In , UnitedStatesVet <unitedstatesvet@...> wrote: > > In responce to the original post on this subject, yes, from my experience it affects much more than the lungs. A specific cat scan might reveal brain damage, in my case showed a diminish of 1/4 of the left frontal lobe causing a disability called toxic encephalopathy. This alone sets off an number of other symptoms. As far as the other parts of the body I am still uncertain wether the chemical imbalance of the brain makes it feel like other things are wrong, or they have actually caused other issues. As the months go by I find myself in a complete state of confusion about the situation. I don't know if I have learned something and forgot, or am learning something new. It seems that a basic diagnosis is the easy part and to know what has affected you the same. But when it comes to treatment there seems to be a great deal of different opinions. This is where the waters begin to become cloudy. > So besides the lungs that is one of the other major problems encountered that I can tell you about. >
