Guest guest
HI, I just discovered that an organol product that is meant to be sprayed up the nose for sinuses. Since I use a neti pot often for sinus infections, I'm really finding it helps to put some of the " Sinu Orega " solution in my neti pot water, along with salt. I thought others on the list with chronic sinus infections might be interested. It's made by American Spice Herb and Spice. It's a bit hot, but does not burn very much. Of course, others' experience may vary. Jocelyn I'm not connected to the company in any way. I just thought others on the list might find it helpful since oreganol oil is powerful enough to kill MRSA along with other bacteria and molds. I wrote in the other night about the nasal sprays that I've been using that have olive leaf extract in them and Grapeseed extract. Works for me! Guest guest
I tried the capsules for a little while but not much difference, HOWEVER, when I was recovering right after I left the mold home, my last bit of infection went away after I boiled some water and placed a few capsules in. I made a " tent " and breathed this oregano steam for 10 minutes. Sinus cleared up and have not been bothered since....most has to do with the fact I got out of the moldy house but this did work! Guest guest
Great idea to use the oreganol oil in steam for inhalation. I'll have to remember that for when I'm sick.
