Guest guest
if theres a basement dont rent on first floor. try to get one wuth own entrance. look at roof if it looks bad, dont rent there at all. if just a crawl space were heating and cooling vents are, look to sww hoq dry it is and if vents are setting on dirt or up off the ground or gravel. notice if ground slopes down away from foundation. not good if it slopes down toward house. get names of past renters and call them. cjeck out windows, sealings walls, ect. for painted over leak spots. np carpet is good carpet. if new, watch out for gassing off smells. try to pay careful attn. to snells first smelt when walking into the place. the more noses, sorking noses the better. pay close attn. to weither you have symptoms or later get headacke. ask about weither pet were ever there before as those smells can also be hard to tolerate. doesmt hurt to ask if anyone ever reported haveing allergy problems from kiveing there, cause you have allergies. just some helpful hints.
