Guest guest
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. This has been going on for a long time. I had Health Net and got out of it years ago for this type of suspicious behavior, not against me personally but I saw a lot of alleged fraudulent practices. But they are not the only insurance company with these kind of practices of dropping or denying claims. Blue Cross also has had some problems regarding this type of practice but Health Net just happens to be the ones to get got red- handed. Finally, a judge who got it right! --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > http://www.guaranteedhealthcare.org/your_story > > also in a case unrelated to the other one, a health insurer was forced > to pay $9M because the dumped a woman who had breast cancer when she > got sick. > > http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-insure23feb23,1,5039339.story? ctrack=1 & cset=true >
