It was working kind of OK but I was still afraid of it and I didn't want to be on it long term. Up to this point I had been on Miralax for about 3 weeks. I read about Natural Calm on some of the posts and decided to try it. It's been working GREAT for my constipation! Not only that, but I suffer from high blood pressure. The MDs have been only moderately successful in treating it. This has been an ongoing problem for years. Wonder of wonders, I have lately been getting NORMAL BP readings which correspond to the time line that I started taking Natural Calm. I went to google and put in magnesium and hypertension to see what came up. I learned that magnesium has a lowering effect on blood pressure. When I see my BP MD I'll tell him about Natural Calm. (Magnesium) I fully expect him to say stop it and I will completely ignore him of course. I will probably ask him why HE never recommended a magnesium treatment when the medical community has known of its value for years. This might seem as a commercial for Natural Calm but I have no connection with the company other than being a satisfied user.
