sorry, my understanding is that the pathways these toxins damage become

fibrotic tissue, ect. the longer the exposure the less chance of

healing. I believe this plays a hudge roll, after exposure, in the

immedite effects we have to things we have become reactive to.

I think there is being research done to find a cure for fibrosis. I'm

assumeing this would also play a role with the BBB. you might want to

look into that. good luck.

Diane, I have the same problem. I know right away if I am in a moldy

building---it always affects my cognitive abilities first (memory loss,

confusion, getting lost, feeling like I'm in a fog). My symptoms have imrpoved

over time but it doesn't take much to go downhill again.

Hi Folks: My mold " symptoms " when I get exposed to only minimal amounts

of mold or spores are neurological in nature. Weakness, memory loss,

confusion, dropping things etc. I was told that my blood brain barrier

was destroyed and the allergens could go directly to my brain/nervous

system so I have NO protection from them. Anyone here have luck in

REPAIRING the blood brain barrier, or is it even possible?? Thanks-

Hello,

Im not sure if this heals the BBB however i have been taking triple lecithin

from GNC. It is said to improve brain function in the literature on it. And it

is a fact that the protective sheaths surrounding the brain are composed of

lecithin. I think it would be a wise addition to anyones diet affected by toxic

mold.

I have been doing the Dr Ziem protocol for about 6months faithfully. It takes

awhile to start seeing results and it still all about AVOIDING and detoxing but

the reaction time has lessened a bit but its a two year program. Trigger

point shots have been extremely helpful on the migraines.

My daughter and I both get trigger point shot xylacaine and something else. For

her it helps her fibromialgia and for me it helps the headaches and I have less

MS symptoms. If i had to go back tp the severe headaches. ugh!!
