Guest guest
When transcribing, and the doctor moves away from the recorder, or cuts off part of a sentence.... Do you transcribe a notation in the report such as: The patient had a white count of . (mark cutoff) Or do you just leave a space there? How do you mark it for quality review? This guy has a serious accent, and mumbles. He moved away from the recorder at the beginning of the sentence, then SILENCE, then he comes back and says " period " . No sentence! How do I mark that in a report? Just wondering if anyone could help me out there. My course gave me some information on it, but didn't actually state what I should put in there as a notation or how much space to leave in the event of an entire sentence. If possible, a sample sentence with a notation for me to study would help! Thanks so much!
