HI, I just discovered that an organol product that is meant to be

sprayed up the nose for sinuses. Since I use a neti pot often for

sinus infections, I'm really finding it helps to put some of the " Sinu

Orega " solution in my neti pot water, along with salt.

I thought others on the list with chronic sinus infections might be

interested. It's made by American Spice Herb and Spice.

It's a bit hot, but does not burn very much. Of course, others'

experience may vary.

the list might find it helpful since oreganol oil is powerful enough

to kill MRSA along with other bacteria and molds.

Oh, I have a good called The Cure is in the Kitchen Cupboard by Dr.

Cass Ingram. There are several references.See the index. Plus, I read

alot on the web too.
