FRIDAY. 26-ARRESTS WERE IN MONTEREY COUNTY, 15 IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY. AND

MEANWHILE, STATE FIGURES SHOW THAT AT LEAST TEN-PEOPLE HAVE DIED SO FAR.

YEAR.
