Guest guest
It can be Tethered Cord. I had foot numbness pre TC surgery at TCI and immediately that was relieved and has stayed away 1 yr post op. If it is circulatory, they can simply listen to your feet with a stethoscope and see if your pulse is strong in the feet. Guest guest
I'd be sure to mention it to my doc(s) though. There are a lot of reasons for weird sensations in the feet and for circulatory problems - with many of them having nothing to do with Chiari. I have weird toe problems myself, but they're due to Reynaud's which for some reason bothers my feet more than any other part of my body (except for, oddly enough, the tip of my nose). My husband who admittedly doesn't have Chiri has weird feet sensations, they thought at first it was due to arthritis, then due to his circulation and finally it turned out to be diabetic neuropathy. But it's important to find the right reason because you'll need the right treatment to get relief - and as you can see from my husband's experience, sometimes it takes a lot of persistence and several doctors to find out what the problem really is.
