I'm going to be swamped with work until moving time in July and will be

unsubscribing for a while. I can't seem to keep up with all the mail

these days. I would really like to hear from people and would love to

know how things are going. Please feel free to email me! Hopefully once

I get set up with service after moving, I will be back on. Take care,

Dianne

Dear ,

The list is not easy to keep up with recently. I love seeing the activity

and each person offers an individual drama, but most of us are lacking

stamina on a good day so everyone understands. I feel guilty all of the

time when I don't keep up, though I'm not sure why.

Please keep in touch (but forgive me if I don't answer right away because

I'm actually LOSING messages!)

Take care and take care of yourself, first of all.

I have really gotten a lot of info and support from this group. There is so

much info out there that it is helpful to see what others are doing and how

different protocols have helped/not helped. However, I feel it's gotten a

little too confrotational for my comfort level right now and I'm regretfully

taking a temporary " hiatus " .... there are too many stressors in my life

(mostly associated with lyme) to add to that stress unnecesarily. Even if I

don't respond to messages the negativity affects me. I wish you all the

best and good health.

I also am taking a break for the same reason. Too many people have

products to sell or are too bossy and know it all. May try again at

a later date.

Beth,

This is a GREAT idea! I know a few members who take breaks from Lyme Aid

every now and then to focus on other things for a while. Sometimes it is

due to the topics being discussed, sometimes it is due to how the topics are

being discussed and sometimes it is just to stop thinking about Lyme disease

all day long.

We all should remember that we need to focus on other aspects of our lives.

I know this disease can be all encompassing at times. If we can just find

one thing to do or experience that would give us a little freedom from this

disease I think we could experience a little better mental health.

Sometimes that may be one hour a day. For others it may mean a week away

from the computer. Whatever works for you I hope you'll explore a little

" down time " .

You can change your subscription to " No Mail " at any time and remain a

member of Lyme Aid.

Go to: /

" Sign In " with your ID and password.

Click on " Edit my Membership "

Change your Message Delivery to " No Mail "

Click " Save Changes "

When you're ready to receive daily messages again follow the directions

above but change your Message Delivery to " Individual Messages " .

Let me know if you have any questions.

And Beth, I hope you have a restorative hiatus!

=)

-Hi Cactus,

Ive noticed it seems there are a few people who are trying to ** very

quietly** sell their products/treatments--best just to by-pass those

posts.

I think that the bossiness can get mis-interpted on the internet--

since you don't get the verbal or facial expressions that would help

you in understanding where someone is really coming from.

Sometimes people just post fast and furious--trying to help---because

they have " Been there, done that " Most, if not all, have good

intentions behind their postings.

I hope you don't leave, just stay and lurk awhile!!

Are you taking the companion nutrients? Selenium, Vitamin C, magnesium, unrefined Celtic Sea Salt. Have you tried the Salt Loading Protocol to help with detox? These are all listed in the files. Kathleen

taking a break

I had only taken 12.5 for two weeks and the second week was awful, I couldn't function at all. I had to stop today to relieve myself from the headaches and the awful way I felt. I don't think I can deal with detoxing if this is how it is going to be. I tried everything to relieve the body aches but my eyes even hurt. Finally today I am starting to feel better but my energy is still not there yet. I have no idea why they say it should give you energy because it only made me sick. Can some people not take it? I know three years ago I tried to take it too and couldn't. Should I try a smaller dose? If I take a smaller dose will it still be beneficial to me?
