The water in store is only for a week,

Thus no one can afford the dam to leak.

In the month of May, they said the rains were here to stay,

Now they all say it's only a tentative " MAY!! "

The rains have always been a great surprise,

One never knows when the clouds would break down in cries.

To please the lords many have done a dance,

So far no good. Not even a fat chance.

The final solution to this predicament,

Is to only rely on our own judgment.

Thus as I look out of my window in my apartment,

I wonder if it should be called the " WHETHER?? " department.
