Chiari and Relationships

Hi all,

My issue of the week is this. I'm really struggling with why someone would

ever want to be in a relationship with me because of all the health, chiari

issues. It's one thing, when you know someone prior, but when someone doesn't

know you, when is the right time to " spill the beans " and tell them. I just

feel like, what kind of a nut would want me. : ) LOL, not really though.

Any insight? I can say encouraging things to others, they just dont come that

freely to myself.

I was married 1 year ago August.  I told my, now husband, at the beginning of

our relationship....that I had Chiari...a syrinx....and a few other physical

problems along with an elevated CA 125 for ovarian cancer.  We meet shortly

after my decompression.

As you can tell....he married me any way.
