Nervousness and stress are pretty much a factor with chiari so, guess it could be that ronny. course it could be another wild and crazy symptom of chiari not related to stress at all. Another mystery??? >I find it feels great (instantly) to squash my hands out flat under the >pillow when falling asleep. It really helps me to relax. > >ronny I do this also. There are times that I have to " think " to do it though. It doesn't just happen automatically. Thats when I say to myself DUH!! Guest guest
Hi! Sometimes my left hand gets like an electric charge, and curls up. Because of the SM, my hands are losing alot of their dexterity and the fingers are inclined to turn in to make a fist.
