What is not being publicly discussed is if the R.N.s and C.R.N.A.s can be

implicated in engaging in practices that they knew were detrimental to the

patients health and being subject to disciplinary actions by the State Board of

Nursing.

I think that ALL the medical personnel who followed these orders should be

held accountable. Any medical professional who places money/employment over a

patients health/life needs to be SERIOUSLY removed from any practice of

medicine. These nurses could have QUIT and sought employment elsewhere. This

valley has a KNOWN shortage of nurses so jobs are at a PREMIUM!

With the increasing number of new residents and the number of hospitals

there is NO EXCUSE for their actions.

Here is the formal letter from the City of Las Vegas, Business Manager to

the Endoscopy Center suspending their license.

The hearing is scheduled for Monday March 3, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. My best

guess is that they will reschedule it until they can present a proper defense

for

their actions.
