Guest guest
Well written. Absolutely true... I remember reading somewhere long ago that a " rolling pin " (belan) comes without disclaimer ;-) You can blind or even kill a person with a piece of paper. But that doesn't make paper lethal. Guest guest
Ravin. Recently a well known Cardiology centre had its Cardiac Doppler machine sealed due to non-registration, as this machine (in a far-fetched way) could have been used for sex determination. So, Ophthalmologists beware, your time can come anytime now. Incidentally, I had my plasty at this very same institute and was examined in the very same machine.
