My Biotin is only 500mcg - Dianne's is 5,000 mcg - that's why I'm taking

I am also taking the Swansons' brand and it is 5mg (5000mcg) twice a day,

I accidentally ordered far too much Biotin 500mcg - if I ever get through

them all I'll get the stronger dose too!
