Mark, just going on the NLP understanding of the brain's inability to hear

negatives it would be better to change your mantra slightly & say " I believe

in health " or " I am healthy and fully healed " something like that rather

than mention the C word at all, especially in a negative way ......... or

even the good old " I am better and better everyday and in every way "

NLP would say your brain is hearing " I simply believe in cancer "

Best,

Jane

Understood, and I spologize for my lack of clarity.

I do not say that -to me-, but I do say it VERY often when I write things.

Your advice is very correct and wise, and for me I simply omit any thought or

mention of it unless it is in conversation with others.

My latest thing ?:

Itchiness !!!

Why ?

The places that are healing...now that they've stopped bleeding and

hurting...they're shrinking and itching instead...Wahoo !!!

Today, for the first time in YEARS I was able to try an abdominal exercise

WITHOUT internal pains.

Wow.

Thanks Again Jane !!!

(And Best Wishes, Always.)
