Anyone with experience with VA medical system?

We will begin using the VA medical system in March for my husband.

(Diagnosed with Parkinson's but I think he has LBD also). What kind

of experiences have others had with VA? I am not canceling the

Medicare supplemental insurance until I know that it is a good

decision to use VA.

We are in the Dallas, TX area using the East Texas VA facility. We

are going to a Greenville Community Clinic so it sound like the VA has

contracted with a private/community clinic. We have to go for a

referral to a neurologist.
