Guest guest
Hello Group, I have just spoke with (tweety) and the message supposedly just posted by her to the list was posted at a time when she was not even subscribed to this list. As has happened a few times, someone apparently has figured out a way to post to the list using someone elses return address. is very upset about this and wants to assure everyone that that the message (which she read when checking the list online at egroups) did NOT come from her and in NO way reflects her feelings about the list. This seems to have happened to a few people who are AOL users, and I have suggested a change in password. I am keeping a record of the messages, and the other things related to them and will forward the details to egroups, AOL and the suitable authorities. If anyone else experiences this problem, please contact me via email directly. (darlong@...) Hopefully we can get this straightened out ASAP.
